A typical 11–12m² loft boarding package starts from £950 and includes raised loft boarding, real timber floorboards rather than chipboard, a 100mm raised sub-frame to protect insulation, an MDF hinged hatch door, a standard loft ladder, and full installation completed in one day. Loft Storage Solutions Ltd does not believe in pressure sales, keeping every quotation straightforward and dependable.

A SIMPLE AND STRUCTURED INSTALLATION PROCESS
We follow a clear process to keep installations efficient and stress-free. Our service begins with a free survey and quote, during which we assess suitability and provide a fixed price. We then plan and prepare by assessing insulation, wiring, and access. Professional installation follows, with raised boarding fitted securely by qualified joiners. The process concludes with a clean handover, during which we tidy the space and explain the safe use of the new storage area.

We offer a standard package for loft boarding, which includes the following:
